No other is as captivating, creative or avant-garde… However… I almost quit in the first ten minutes. The beginning is a bit off putting. It seems to be reaching HARD for artistic credibility and pretentiousness… Once past that though…💥 Full blown immersion into Bowie’s world, through very rare and fascinating footage interlaced with electrifying imagery, and of course, his extraordinary music…. In a psychotropic fever dream you get a visceral sense of the prolific visionary, who he was, the iconoclastic talent AND incredibly sharp intellect… This is a colorful, dazzling film, truly a can’t miss for Bowie fans, music lovers, creatives or anyone who appreciates imaginative non-conformity, in filmmaking AND life.
