When a school-yard scuffle lands Charlie in her surgery, she invites him to visit the hives in her garden and tell his secrets to the bees, as she once did. "So it’s a story about a struggling mother, a medical doctor who sympathises with her and how they navigate their relationship in 1950s Scotland. Unsure if I liked it, but the setting is so dreamy and the bees are absolutely amazing. There’re a couple of triggering scenes so watch out for that if you need to. "
