"i’ve never been one for podcasts, but i stumbled upon rachael cusick and an episode titled “the queen of dying” one night, and felt a great deal of joy and pain in listening to her speak about the stages of grief. i felt my heart and eyes opened to a much deeper understanding of connection, grief and the stages of dying. i felt a sense of closure in the profound words she spoke that i had been searching for, for a very long time. i wish i could listen to that podcast for the first time again. by mere chance on a late night, rachael gave me a better understanding of myself and spoke the words i was struggling to comprehend and choke out. i wish i could thank her, myself. "My first Radiolab was the episode about Space, the Golden record, the love story between Carl Sagan and Ann Druyan among other things. I was instantly hooked. It’s a perfect podcast. Jad and Robert are perfectly matched and I love Radiolab unequivocally and forever. Start with that episode. Then, keep going. (Radiolab kids is also wonderful - it’s family friendly, not watered down.)"
