The Good Wife

"It's a good show that's fast-paced and will keep you interested if you like drama and/or law cases."

"I've been enjoying law shows lately (The Practice, Ally McBeal, Boston Legal, Eli Stone) and this is one I've been interested in so I decided to start watching it. I've only just finished the first four episodes (out of 156!!!) but I like it! We'll see if it stays good. I have plans to watch The Good Fight and Elsbeth next, if I really enjoy this show. I'll come back and check my rating once/if I finish...in a few months! Addendum 1 I am currently on the 4th season and I'm still enjoying the show. I'm not sure how much there is to say about it though. The acting is solid. There is a new case every episode, kinda like "monster of the week" in scary shows. The cases are interesting. And there is all the regular storylines playing throughout it all. From all the law shows I've watched recently, it's hard to have any faith in our justice system. If this is how the judges and attorneys are in real life, it's no wonder our country has gone to he'll in a handbag. I'll keep watching the show but mostly because I have an OCD-like problem about watching EVERYTHING in order and I really, really want to watch The Good Fight and Elsbeth, which I can't do until I finish The Good Wife. I'll get back to you when I'm done with all 7 seasons!"

I was thus delighted to find that Alicia is far fiercer than the show’s name suggests. I also loved how each episode’s legal issues were always thought provoking and often blood-pressure-inducing as well!"
