What self-help books (or podcasts, etc etc etc) have been useful to you? Really anything--spiritual, mental health related, etc. Improving your quality of life. I'm trying to learn more about myself, move on and grow from this weird time in my life. This event has brought up underlying things that I need to work on. Don't worry I'm in therapy but it would just be helpful to see what has helped others and get some useful tools. Thank you :)
