The Real Manhunter is an Acorn TV Original that follows former Detective Chief Inspector Colin Sutton (played Martin Clunes) as he takes the viewer through his experience working through one of his most high profile cases. From the exploration of the crime, to the discovery of the suspects, to the final arrest, watch as a former crime unfolds and gets resolved before your eyes. 

Whitstable Pearl (Acorn TV Original) 

If you’re a fan of acclaimed novelist Julie Wassmer, you’ll love Whitstable Pearl which takes creative inspiration from Wassmer’s storytelling. Set in the idyllic English seaside town of Whitstable, Pearl Nolan (played by Kelly Godliman) embarks on a parallel second career opening up a new detective agency in addition to her classic local restaurant. Her new career which was born from the ashes of a pregnancy that derailed her previous police careers quickly takes a sharp turn amidst the unspeakable murder of a close family found whose body is discovered with ominous foul play. Pearl’s quest for the truth alongst DCI Mike McGuider (played by Howard Charles) takes them through meandering turns, mysteries, and much more in this must-watch show available only on Acorn TV (Coming May 24 and 31).

Ms. Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries: Season 2

Ms. Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries is an Australian drama about Peregrine Fisher (played by Geraldine Hakewill), a girl who inherits a fortune and decides to become a detective. She collaborates with Detective James Steed (played by Joel Jackson) to solve murders in 1960s Melbourne

Wainwright Walks: Coast to Coast

Wainwright Walks follows walker Julia Bradbury as she walks along author Alfred Wainwright’s favorite mountain walks. The series is visually stunning and a great way to expose yourself to Alfred Wainwright’s work writing guidebooks and making illustrations.
