If you know someone who has it and you want to be able to better understand what they are going through and be able to help them this is a must read. Plus this is actually an interesting read. It isn't boring like a lot of books that get into medical information and this gives great insight into the life and mind of a person with a brain that doesn't work like your average "normal person"."
