"Love the representation in this book. Mental health can look different for everyone, and it was so interesting to get a look into Tori’s mindset. Pessimistic and self-loathing, Tori is a truly interesting case. Sometimes, depression can be hard to recognize, and this book shows that. Not everything can be explained through words. Sometimes we just feel things. I love Tori’s growth and development within the story and how she learned to overcome herself. Inspiring, witty, and comedic. I loved this"

"Alice Oseman just never fails when writing about mental health. I almost cried when reading a lot of this. Tori is just so amazing and real. Admittedly though, it was pretty obvious who Solitaire was from the start and what their motivation was. Still a really good read tho."

I understand that she doesn't like herself very much but there are all sorts of people reaching out to her proving that they like her. Maybe this is just me projecting though because I low key feel like I do the same thing sometimes."

I thought it was so nice to see the POV of another character other than Nick and Charlie. It was also so relatable and shows how it can be like to have severe depression. "

"I read heart stopper first, so shortly after I heard of this because it’s by Alice Oseman so I decided to give it a try. It is not like any book I have ever read, but it is truly amazing. I loved the fact that it’s not just your typical story about some teenager who wants a partner, and instead is a story about what people go through and shows that people aren’t always what they seem. 5/5 in my opinion."
