"That is a good solid 4-star book, almost enough to say 5! It's a classic Hades & Persephonie story with a ln enemy's to lover's and a lot of ****. It's a fun story, I loved the supporting characters and the God's and their squabbles, lol. Persephonie, living with her mother, Demeter, had basically been a prisoner of her green house, which just has to be torturous since she has no magic of her own and Demeter had her on lock down. That is until she convinced her mother to go to school. Where she finally found something she is good at! She and her best friend Lexa are inseparable, and I adore their friendship and I hope that they stay friends during the series!!! She meets Hades, and it's an insta connection even though her mother warned her away from other God's, especially Hades. They enter a bargain, and then the fun really begins. It's not too serious, I love the setup of the story and can't wait to read more! Even if this was a stand-alone, I would have been a fan! "
