The Summer I Turned Pretty Trilogy
Books | Juvenile Fiction / Social Issues / Dating & Sex
Belly has always lived for the summertime because it means all her favorite things: swimming, the beach and the Fisher boys, Conrad and Jeremiah. She has spent every summer with them at Cousins Beach for as long as she can remember. She has always been in love with Conrad and finally, one summer, it seems like he might have feelings for her too. But it turns out, so does Jeremiah. As the summers go on, Belly has to choose between two brothers who love her as she comes to the realization that she will have to break one of their hearts. For the first time, all three Summer novels are in one collection, including "The Summer I Turned Pretty, It's Not Summer Without You" and "We'll Always Have Summer."

"So far the show has been better. In the book I found Belly far more irritating and immature. The whole thing with Suzanna being sick/dead tugged at my heart and is what kept me reading"
"I enjoyed this book however I think I ruined it for my self by watching the show first. Although the book had so much more detail, I felt it was drastically different from the show and my expectations weren’t met. I would have liked to have more Steven in the book, however it was a good, light read. I will be starting the second book of the series soon! "
"Read this series for the second time around, the first one was already a couple years ago… but how do I not regret getting back into it ! Jenny Han has a way or portraying this story that gets me right back to feeling like I’m 15 years old again and I’m living for it. I think single soul can recognize themselves in belly and the feeling of our first love/crush. Will probably revisit it again sometime in the futur. I think it’s will always be part of my feel good books. "
"I CANNOT I read the three books with 5 days I kid you not over all I loved the entire series the third book was sort of a let down since the plot was dragged to far in that the ending def felt rushed for me it would have been nice to have a couple more chapters of the after math but oh wel still very cute. The first book is definitely charming n perfect and the THE SECOND ONE oml probably my favorite the drama the chemistry and just figuring out their love story is so cute. Perfect summer read✨"
