"A lovely YA fantasy romance! Reminded me a bit of The Cruel Prince. I loved both main characters, their adventures and secrets, and the world-building was nice. I adored that while Clem was a strong female lead, she wasn't turned into a literal guy in a girl's body like many fantasy authors do with their badass heroines to show they're strong. The only thing I wanted is for this book turned into a series. I think we'd get a much better picture of the world and other characters that didn't get a chance to develop."

"My second book from the author. Let me just say I gave Sisters of Sword and Stone 5 stars. But this story didn't hold up. The plotholes were immense. The story begins with a curse mountain which brings to life peoples nightmares. Apparently only one nightmare gets picked and it shows up in the same town its host lives. But does the curse choose a nightmare dreamt between each full moon? Maybe not because they keep records. It's just none of this is explained very well.<br/><br/>At one point Clem and Phelan just lock themselves inside and the nightmare can't reach them. So why do they need to fight at all. Also there are seven Wraiths who started the curse and can also break it. But they don't. The Wraiths just hide, waiting, for what, I dunno. So instead of secrets being kept for increased suspense, it felt like the author just failed to mention things.<br/><br/>To me the character backgrounds were a bit shallow. All together this was a good concept it just wasn't looked at by all angles and in the end I was forcing myself to read it. Maybe the author just lost sight of the plot on this one."

"I grabbed this one by chance and ended up loving it! The rich fairytale world was so much fun. It has a fantastic fantasy adventure, a slow burn enemies to lovers romance, deception, and high stakes for the characters. If I had one critique it would be that the last part maybe dragged a bit. "

"This was a fun read!! It had a good mix of fantasy, action, adventure, and romance. The enemies to lovers tale unfolded and melded flawlessly with the overall arc of the story. I am newer to the genre, but I would say that the actual fantasy aspect of the story was a little convoluted at points, making it difficult to fully follow. Also, part three of the story dragged a bit. BUUUUTTT, that being said, I would definitely still recommend it for anyone who wants a dreamy fairytale adventure. "
