"This was a slow start for me, but it quickly picked up and had me hooked. This is so completely different from most other werewolf stories that I was able to delve into a new world and learn about these creatures without having too much of other werewolf stories to compare it to. Because it is so unique, it is hard to compare it to any other werewolf series.

Halfway through I wanted to cry. Why do I always pick the guy who seems to be on the losing side? This is probably the reason why I tend to shy away from novels with love triangles. I liked Ren, maybe I have a thing for cocky guys. I liked him more than Shay for Calla. I know, I will have to wait for the next two, but I have a feeling I'm on the losing team.

Most books, I really hate cliffhangers. But this is a trilogy, a planned story, so I'm able to cope with the cliffhanger better. Other series that do it just to try to get you to buy the next can drive me crazy. But with this one, I'm glad to know it has an ending insight and that the cliffhanger leads into the next chapter and not as a ploy to get the next book sold."
"Let me ask this…has anyone read this series because I have and I love it?"
