"Amazing drama, could have been good if the story was approached with responsibility! As it stands now however this book is very problematic! The female lead is so weak it almost makes me angry! The book should not be labeled Romance. Abuse of any kind is not romantic, no matter the reason for it!!! "

"okay i really like the bully to lover trope and it was done pretty well because everyone knew the MMC loved the FMC even though he didnt realize it. <br/><br/>Vicious (MMC with very dumb nickname) claimed his housekeeper’s daughter (Emilia) as his but like not verbally and was so mean to her and then one of his bffs started dating her and he got super ****** - basically Vicious scared her off and told her to leave bc he couldnt stand them together and Dean wasnt letting up. <br/><br/>She ran away and broke Deans heart and Dean hates Vicious for “taking what was his” or whatever, but then Dean all of a sudden gets over it and realizes he doesnt like monogamy? anticlimactic for a conflict that was present the entire book. If theres going to be a love triangle it better be good and this felt like a meh ending. and then Dean apparently is inter her younger sister now ?!?! like yea everyone deserves to find happiness but like not with their relatives."
