"So, I dislike John greens books. His writing is clever, but the characters he’s writing about are usually entitled as hell and caught in very toxic relationships that aren’t questioned. It is not healthy for your friends to call you a bitch for expressing emotions via crying. It is very much not healthy for your ex-boyfriend to make your breakup all about him when he gets called out on being more in love with the neurochemicals he gets from being with someone, than you, his partner."
"Definitely one of my favorite books. I definitely needed this book when I first read it, considering I was/am an LGBTQ+ teen with depression and I very heavily related to David Levithan’s Will Grayson. The main issue with this book is definitely how John Green portrays his Will Grayson’s relationship with his bestfriend Tiny Cooper. Overall this book was right for me, but it won’t be for everyone."
