I spent most of the book wondering if there would be an HEA for any of the characters. While it felt somewhat familiar in one storyline it does take a different turn, which was a positive in my opinion. Any Nicholas Sparks fan should enjoy this read."

emroseee shared a tip "As someone who loves reading about the neuroscience behind mental health, and is a huge advocate, it's the only reason I didn't give this book a 👎🏼.. Vastly different from his other books, it had a really slow and irrelevant beginning - almost as if he was a college student trying to hit a word count on a research paper 🤷🏼‍♀️ I really used to love reading Nicholas Sparks, but this just wasn't it.. BUT, kudos for spotlighting mental health in a positive light. 12/13."

I initially thought this was a mix of his normal romance books with a Safe Haven vibe in particular, however the plot twist was shocking and something I couldn’t predict. Sparks makes you feel like the love in this book is the love we all deserve and want. And the way he connects the characters is creative and heart stopping. You HAVE TO read this book. Im crossing my fingers this gets made into a movie."
