"Ooof! It's been awhile since I've read it but I loved it. It took me awhile to really get into it. But it's a twist on the traditional Greek mythology story about Psyche and Cupid. It's from the perspective of Psyche's sister, Orual. In the original version, Psyche's sister are portrayed as evil and jealous because they find out that Psyche is living really well. In this version, Orual, is portrayed as a loving sister, but it's her love for her sister that essentially pushes Psyche away. "
