"Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland is such a classic yet its wording is uncomplicated so it's a perfect choice for translation. There’s lots of different kinds of creatures and people so I think that it would help one to memorize those types of words. However I disagree that this is a way to learn spanish as an english speaker who has virtually no prior knowledge on the spanish language. This would certainly be better suited for someone who is trying to increase their fluency rather than a total beginner. I would recommend highlighting words that you recognize that match up as you read so you can see how the texts align as some translations are longer than the english ones."
"Alice is one of the most annoying characters in history. Why is this book a classic? I threw the book across the room multiple times because I couldn't punch some sense into the characters. One star only because I like "off with her head" and I'd like to apply that treatment to every character of this "children's book"."
