"I made sure to read the books before the movies came out. As well as I liked the movies, and I did watched them a few times each over the years, there's just so much the movies didn't capture. I'd say yeah I prefer the the books. But the movies do a good job and they're much less of a commitment. But if you have the time never read them and enjoyed the film's they are definitely worth a read. IMO"
