"*WARNING THIS REVIEW WILL CONTAIN SPOILERS* To be honest, this was going downhill pretty fast but the last 2-3 chapters redeemed it. The whole we can't tell Luce anything ordeal was already annoying in book 1, the fact that this last book still had that made me not want to read it anymore. It was overused and could've prevented a lot of the events that happened if they just told her! The descriptions of everything was nice to have but there is such a thing called "over describing". Most of the things that she was "observing" were useless to the story, they didn't play a part in it and so I literally skipped most of the descriptions unless it was vital. I already knew from book 1 or 2 that Luce was an angel, so it didn't shock me at all, but it bothered me that her inner monologue was taking forever!! Like seriously, just get on with it. But what I didn't expect was the whole other lover part. I liked that twist, it kept me intrigued for the most part. This whole book is what I wanted from the beginning of the series minus the negative things within it. It sucks that I had to wait until the conclusion to get it. I definitely liked the concepts of this whole series but I didn't like the very YA writing style. On to the next and final book(even though it's not really about Luce and daniel but more about cam now), I hope that one is good!"
