"The first third of this book, had me hooked on the stories as it was being told through multiple POVs. At that point, I didn’t know how they were connected nor where it was going to go. <br/><br/>There was one storyline that I preferred more than the others and I wished it would have been given precedence. <br/><br/>The bulk of the middle section (part 2) was boring to me, and it caused my interest to wane. <br/><br/>The ending Part 3, was the twisted conclusion of why they were brought together in such murderous fashion after 25 years being apart. <br/><br/>All in all, it was a decent read especially if you enjoy multiple POVs. 3.5 stars"

"I really liked this book. You have all these people who shared a friendship when they were in a group home called Savior House together as children. The friendship grew because of the need to survive and find whatever happiness could be found in such an awful place. We get to follow these people as adults but also get to experience dual timelines so that we can read about their childhoods as well. We get to see their successes and failures and how their time at Savior House affected them. Oh, and we also have the added benefit of trying to figure out who wants every one of them dead while they fight to survive yet again. <br/><br/>This book is definitely worth the read if you want a good thriller with dual perspectives and timelines. I will be looking for more from this author. <br/><br/>Thank you, @netgalley and @macmillan.audio, for allowing me to listen to the audiobook version of this book on exchange for an honest review"

"Thank you NetGalley and Macmillan Audio for my copy of What Have We Done by Alex Finlay<br/><br/>Jenna, Donnie and Nico are long lost friends from The Savior House Group Home for orphans, and their past is coming back to haunt them and this is not the reunion any of them wanted. <br/><br/>I am a big fan of multiple narrators and I think Alex Finlay did a great job with this one! Just when you thought you knew who the bad guy was they turned the tables on you! 4.5 stars from me loved that the chapters where short also, made for a quick listen!"

"This book had all of the hallmarks of a win for me--multiple perspectives, short chapters with embedded cliffhangers, and a mystery from childhood that impacts the characters in the future. The main protagonist, Jenna, was the character and storyline that I enjoyed the most, but the rest of the character and plot development was not as satisfying. <br/><br/>I did not love the back and forth between timelines because it was not always clearly explained. Also, there were some missing pieces of the plot for me that left me asking questions about some of the characters and their motives."
