"Listen... LISTEN. Yes there is some erotica in this BUT what a great fun read. The protagonist is an actual adult woman with flaws and strengths. She will not take your **** but she will apologies when she is wrong. Great writing I gave read this three times and will come me back to it again and again because the characters feel very human."
"<strong>Good but too long for me. </strong><br/><br/>I really liked this story. Beauty and the beast retelling are my favorite type of stories. This was a very unique and entertaining version. I liked how the author incorporated many classic fairytales into this one along with her own spins and twists. However the story just went on unnecessarily. About halfway through the book I felt like we had reached the climax of the story and then the author just kept dragging it out from there until the 80% mark. Other than the longer than necessary length I did really enjoy the story. If I do read this again or suggest it to someone else I will say to skip parts after the middle."

"Beautiful adaptation of a Grimm tale. Great twists and detailed plot. And the characters… Draven’s characters are always so… real. Not perfect and beautiful and flawless, but tragic and flawed and honest in their failures and triumphs. "

"I enjoyed it for the most part. There wasn’t a lot that took place action-wise, and there are some things on Louvaen’s behalf i wish would have been explored more. But, overall, if you enjoy romances and fantasy, especially those without the intensity of impending doom, then this is a good book for you. It’s beautifully written & she does a great job with setting up scenes in such a way that you feel you’re in the room with the characters. "
