"Wonderful ending to the trilogy! It has become obvious that the Scythedom is no longer serving the intended purpose and something must be done. The Thunderhead, having to find ways to counter it's own rules of non-interference in Scythe business to help humanity start fresh. The book ends with hope for the future of mankind."
"Unpopular opinion: I didn’t enjoy this book. It just didn’t flow like the others did, maybe because of the change in editors. This series was very good and clean (aside from a few swears, but there’s a lot less swearing then there is in a lot of YA books) and worth the read, but I regret buying them because I don’t think I’d read them again. "Loved the series. Cried at the ending. Top 3"
"Honestly, I love the first two books. Especially book 1, and this book is so full in comparison. I found myself skipping to the end because of how long and drug out it was. The completion was beautiful and of course the main characters are still lovable but it was poorly written. Overall I was disappointed "
"I had really enjoyed reading this series...until I got to this book. The ending of the series was not was I was expecting at all. It didn't hook me as much as the other books did. I feel like this was due to the fact that the characters I liked had very little "screen time" in this book. It wasn't necessarily bad, but it wasn't good either. A bit disappointing in my opinion."
"Well written book/series, with lots of twists that really kept my interest beginning to end. The ending is beautiful, page-turner, and very out of the box. I feel the need to mourn the ending of this series before I start my next book 😅"
