"This is one of the genuinely good representation books we have. It’s honestly heart breaking, and I do advise viewer discretion if you are sensitive to the topic of rape/explicit scenes of it. It gets pretty graphic. But I think it’s important to the story of the manga. And it has a rare theme of gender, gender dysphoria, and general gender confusion, that we don’t see a lot in many comics to this day. The author did a really good job at not fetishizing lgbtq behaviors, and did really well with representation. It’s a good read. "

"I liked it's exploration of Taiga's hinted bisexuality, as well as the exploration of gender. The humor was solid and the drama actually wasn't pointless. Trigger warning for rape, but it's seen in a bad light and why one of the characters has problems."
