Hey y'all I'm new to group I thought I'd nominate a underrated candidate for Black TV dads, I'll represent for the new black stuff. Andre Johnson is my pick, he's funny, he has no filter, he a big baby and kinda bougie but he know black history and loves to shame white ppl. He's also played by Anthony Anderson and he a black all star.

Carolyn I'm a white woman so I don't know how much my opinion counts but YES! Blackish and specifically Andre Johnson is amazing, love that he is flawed but he means well and always tries to better himself and the people around him, especially his children.

Aneesah Mahasin Naw...He is punked in this series EVERYTIME by his "Light-skinned" wife, comes across as dumb, immature, etc (a Dad does well MOST of the time WITHOUT the wife/girlfriend
