Topic: The Devil Within
Has anyone been listening to the podcast, The Devil Within? I grew up during the Satanic Panic, and as a child, it was scary! This podcast tells the horrific story of a teenager who got in a little too deep.

Chris Rufkahr (she/her) I just started listening to this based on your recommendation. It's really good so far. I don't remember Satanic Panic in the 80s or 90s. I remember there being talk of Satanic Cults in the 70s when I was really young as I was born in 1970. I first heard the term after listening to a podcast who's host talked about it a lot. Thanks for the recommendation.

Robin LaRoche I think the reason I remember that era, was from the stories told to us kids about satanic cults. Also, I grew up in a small, predominantly Baptist, southern town, so I think some of it was to scare us straight. I also remember watching Geraldo Rivera when he had episodes above it.
