Welllll…. This has my attention. I enjoy Nicolas Cage and then the added superhero noir dimension. I am very curious. Is anyone else excited for this? https://variety.com/2024/tv/news/nicolas-cage-spider-man-noir-live-action-series-amazon-1236001604/amp/ #superhero #superpowers #superhuman #spiderverse #sony #marvel #mc #nicolas_cage #mgm_television #mgm #amazon_prime #prime_video

Brandon Reed I'm surprised it's live action.

Road Master It definitely sounds awesome. I have 2 issues. 1: It sounds like it's going to be depressing. 2: The time frame is going to be weird. This says it takes place in the 1930s, while the character grapples with the fact that he used to be the city's only superhero. Cage is 60 years old. So his prime would have been the 1900s and late 1800s. Did New York even have skyscrapers then?

Craig S. He voices him fantastically in the Spider-Verse movies and the character is quite fun to watch, so yeah...bring on the live action.
