Topic: The Substance
Wow wow wow! If you are a fan of body horror and practical effects, then this is the movie for you! If you are afraid of needles, blood, or toger forms of body horror, then I would recommend skipping this one. The Substance had my eyes glued to the screen the entire time. This movie has fantastic and creative ways to show how women and their bodies are treated by themselves and others (specifically men).

This was ABSOLUTELY 💯% FANTASTIC‼️ I’m not even a horror fan— (like barely AT ALL, honestly) — but I loved this! The body horror was shocking and creepy, but honestly it’s what MADE this film so freakishly good 👍🏾🙌 I would DEFINITELY urge fans of HORROR to see this in the theater on a BIG SCREEN with BOLD SOUND! I don’t think waiting to watch this on TV will deliver the same experience and intensity. GO SEE IT NOW‼️
