TaNae said They won't post a menu for RW but make reservations anyway! The only cool using pre-1850 cooking styles. So no electricity, microwaves. If it's pureed, it's done by hand. They purchase their own large animals locally and butcher it themselves. They use 💯 of the animal. That means the menu can change and will change daily based upon what they have left. That's why you won't see a menu. Oh and get the coffee!!!!!!

TaNae said Had the best service here last RW. They were insanely packed. They said it was the busiest they had ever been. I had reservations and still waited 1.5 hrs. However, I wasn't bothered bc I was able to sit at the bar while we waited. It was beautiful seeing all hands on deck. Even the chefs were coming out to deliver food. It was like a beautiful ballet watching everyone work so well together and move seamlessly
