"WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH!!! Soooo much amazing looking food!!! This movie may not be for everyone, but I loved it!!! This one hit close to home for me. I was able to find little things from the Nonnas that reminded me of my own family. I'm from an Italian American background and even though we didn't call my grandmas "Nonna", you could definitely taste the love in their cooking and see the joy it brought them to feed us. So that alone warmed my heart. The movie has a good pace to it with an amazing cast. Vince Vaughn, Lorraine Bracco, Talia Shire, Susan Sarandon, Brenda Vaccaro, Linda Cardellini, Joe Manganiello, and Drea de Matteo just to name a few. I loved the bickering between the Nonnas and then, ultimately, the sense of family unity between them. And it's all based on the true story of a restaurant that is still around in Staten Island, NY... It don't get better than that. Great movie. 9/10"
