"If you can get past the “where on earth did you get this information from” or the misrepresented facts, and look at it as a movie, then you may forgive its mistakes and enjoy it. I can fully appreciate why this movie received backlash and quite the uproar calling it Blasphemy. Netflix should have had a disclaimer up front or at the end of references to where specifically the Director got some of these details or perhaps the Director could have considered renaming the movie differently. But Anthony Hopkins goodness, gets better with every year! "

"Of course, it was not as impressive as the Passion of Christ, but I still found myself tearing up at some moments. It's good to see that religious people are seeing now what we comic readers feel when they go off script in movies. It, at least, inspired me to do my own research, which I'm sure others will do. Maybe one day we will all get the movie adaptions we so desperately need others to envision. This may not be it, but it's a step in the right direction."
