Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie Part III: Rebellion

"The imagery alone makes this movie worth it. Definitely need to watch the original series or the two movies before this one. Fan service is tied into the narrative which is cool. Homura slow decent into madness. 👿 decides to take 👼 ‘s power for its own selfish desire."

"Going into PMMM3, I thought there was no way this franchise could surprise me any further. BOY, WAS I WRONG. I'm going to have to be very vague to keep from spoiling anything, but, here it goes. The animation is, of course, crisp and gorgeous (when it's not disturbing and well-executed). The plot twists weren't even the twists I was expecting. I seriously can't wait for Part IV, and the new revelations that will come. "
