"First off, excellent cast! This hit the theaters when I was 17, when every other movie seemed to be about a really awesome, naturally pretty girl didn't get a second look or any recognition until someone gave her a makeover and morphed her into something she really wasn't. This is the opposite. While Rose does give herself a makeover, her realization that she was always good enough and those that didn't see it were never good enough for her, well that is something I think every teenaged girl she"
