"Definitely a feel good ending for narcissistic abuse survivors and Munchausen by Proxy victims. This movie is a true horror but it's the end that really does it. Honestly we all wish we could dish this out upon our long-term torturers and abusers. To make them feel an inch of what they're done. I was going to go three stars before the ending, that made this movie go from decent and good to becoming a great one. "
