"Although some of the facts differ, this film based on a mass escape of prisoners in a World War II POW Camp in 1944 was thrilling to watch. There are so many great actors in it: Steve McQueen, James Coburn, James Garner, Charles Bronson, and others. I was literally on the edge of my seat as I watched the seamless plot unfold. The acting is solid, and there are so many tense moments that make you nervous. But it is worth the watch."
