A large scale catastrophe is occurring across the planet. Ability users are discovered after the appearance of a mysterious fog, apparently having committed suicide, so the Armed Detective Agency sets out to investigate these mysterious deaths. The case seems to involve an unknown ability user referred to as "Collector," a man who could be the mastermind behind the incident.
Trust and courage are put to the test in order to save the city of Yokohama and ability users across the world from the grip of Collector where the Armed Detective Agency forms an unlikely partnership with the dangerous Port Mafia.

"I love Bungo Stray Dogs, and I think it’s really amazing how studio Bones animated Dead Apple, but it’s confusing. When I watched it I had no idea where it took place or what the plot for it was. I ended up stumbling across posts on TikTok and Instagram explaining it a bit, but I have yet to rewatch it and fully understand. There’s definitely symbolism in there with the apples, and some things I may have missed. I hope I can get the manga for it soon because I’m sure it explains everything better. Otherwise I loved the movie, and highly recommend watching it if you love BSD."

I like the main villain's design and I've grown to love him despite how much his existence messes with the timeline, it lovingly gives me more angst to think about and especially with Atsushi!
I'm annoyed with Fyodor's appearance, pulling away from Shibusawa and how Kyouka's backstory is in the movie but not the anime as it's very important to her character and gives something to watch after the time of the first season of the anime ending and a second season coming up during the time, I watched it in theaters and it was fun!
Didn't like the soukoku fan service, but all to the fans who do like them ig lol. I like shin soukoku so you know I was eating their scenes up"
