This book is less about vampires and more about the main character’s emotional journey, so don’t go into it expecting a ton of vampire action. That being said, I still really enjoyed this book. It kept me interested up to the last page and had me feeling the main character’s feelings right along with her. My only critique would be that there is a bit of a love triangle, but it never feels central to the story so I was able to overlook it

I love books that get a little chaotic, so this series was a great time!

I personally prefer the movies to the books, mostly because the book takes a long time to get to the world building and the main reason I like Twilight is because of the world building. I’m not as interested in the romance
