Just awesome. We haven’t gotten a Logan movie that feels like a “Content Advisory” comic book. This film is emotional, raw, brutal, and poignant. Plus it feels standalone, yet somehow the perfect finale. Brilliant.

I don’t really understand the hate for these films. It’s not the greatest film ever made, but it’s an enjoyable enough series. They’re more mature than the early Potter films, and they’re different enough to feel unique by mainly focusing on the “muggle” world, not the wizarding world.

Great start for the MCU. Superhero movies before they felt stuffy, or obligatory. Fun, but still has something to say.

Genuinely funny. You’ve got Deniro, and you’ve got Stiller. They both bring their A-game, and it’s got a bunch of laughs. Plus you’ve got Owen Wilson. His character is so ridiculously perfect in a film like this, it makes the whole film uncomfortable and hilarious.

Similar to my review of Bruce Almighty. It’s a fun comedy with a smart philosophical premise. It’s got the Bill Murray-isms you would expect - but who doesn’t love him? Entertaining enough to watch once in a while. Worth a watch for the cultural significance alone.

Philosophical, suspenseful, and a lot of fun. This feels like a nightmare at times, and blockbuster filmmaking at others. I wouldn’t call it guilty pleasure, but I would watch it whenever it’s on.
