I like media ranging from horror that gives you the creeps to cringey teen drama 😅 follow me on Instagram at @banshee.pans if you like makeup as well as books and movies 🥰

A very sad, beautifully written book about the breakdown of a suburban family as viewed by nearly strangers. It's one of those books where you're left to determine for yourself why the events unfolded the way they did. It does leave you feeling hopeless at the end.

Campy as hell. The 80s special effects added to the fun. PS - I don't understand how this is rated PG. If you watch it with your kids they're gonna learn a whole lot of new words and also become goths, be forewarned

Cute teen romance, but I didn't go into it expecting much. My main complaint is that the conflicts (such as the one at the end of the book) seem resolved too quickly and not taken seriously enough to feel natural.

Great if you don't mind a dash of Christianity in your novels. It combines the Hero's Journey, mystery, horror, and action in an engaging way that makes it hard to put the book down. The characters are all very "real", although the death of a certain character was anticlimactic and disappointing considering how well the rest of the book was written. I had nightmares every single day I was reading this which was sort of annoying, overall though 10/10 very awesome.

Hilarious book filled with lovable (and some hateable) characters. Be warned, some of the author's jokes may shock or offend you. At points, I couldn't believe what I was reading.

This book is such a trip. Best one in the trilogy and the perfect ending to the Ring story. A lot of it is philosophizing on life, so if you want something action-heavy you may not like this. As a biochemist it brought me joy that the science is plausible and that Suzuki did his research before delving into it. 10/10

One of my favorite movies ever. In my opinion, a better VR/simulation movie than the Matrix. Yeah, I said it.
