4.5/5 this is the first book I’ve read since ACOTAR that has made me feel the way ACOTAR did!!!! It’s phenomenal but y’all for real check TW and CW as it is sexually explicit (no big R word scenes though) 😂 absolutely recommend. Big fan. Finished it in less than 24 hours!!!

4/5 really really enjoyed it and can’t wait for the next one! I’ve never read anything like it before. Fantastic dark fantasy, lots of action, dynamic characters just overall a really nice read! Finished it in under 3 days and can’t wait for the next!

As a whole this series just didn’t do it for me the way it did for everyone else. Great story, not-so-great writing! Way way WAY too long

Unpopular opinion but I really liked this book! Did a tandem read with empire of storms but I think as a stand alone it is very strong as well

Read this as a tandem read with Tower of Dawn and I highly recommend others do the same
