Love it! Bf suggested we watch it, and I am now in love with these characters! This is also a great game series, and the second game doesn’t have an anime adaptation, so hightly suggest checking it out before picking up anything from the Danganronpa 3 anime. Love the mystery and crime solving, animation style reminds me at times of a darker Phoenix Wright.

I got through all 11 episodes in 2 days, and was genuinely impressed by the wit and humor at times. The show is dark, and has heavy justice themes, and as someone who loves mystery having a mystery solved every episode felt almost disappointing. But for a short anime, it kept my attention and stayed focused. Not a bad little show, if you like crime dramas.

Compared to a few of her other books, this one really ran with the modern rapunzel tale, and even had a little bit of mystery thrown in. I don’t feel like I liked it quite as much as some of her other works, but it was still an enjoyable read. I read Bewitching right after, and I genuinely preferred Bewitching to Towering. This one felt just a touch more convoluted at times, but still managed to keep me engaged.
