Lauren Overzet

A good follow up to the first book in the series. I found it harder to get through than the first book; maybe because it focused much more on Cas's relationship with her own magic, and herself, which felt like a chore to read at times. The end picked up though, and after that cliff hanger, I'm waiting for the last book with excitement!

Great world building, battles aplenty, romance, twists...was a really fun read; can't wait to read the next in the series!
