This was not what I expected. It was along the lines of We Were Liars, but not to the same extent. Completely heartbreaking descriptions by the author. I was actually in tears a coup LLC e of times imagining what they were going through. A good listen, but a little hard to get the transitions btwn past and present in the audio version. #childabuse

I loved this book. I listened to the audio version. Well read and very relatable to today’s times. Heartbreaking story of childhoods taken away and terrifying plan for history to return with a vengeance. Great book- highly recommend.

Wow! I don’t care for historical fiction, but I do love when a book intertwines some history into the mystery. Here is the Magdalene laundries. Good characters, a little reaching on some of the characters, but overall interesting to read them.

This was a good twisty mystery where the protagonist is not perfect. Good storyline set in a small college town and involving so many things you hope you never have to deal with.
