WOAH?! I recently finished this book and I felt like I was spiraling with the protagonist; stunning writing and I was on the edge of my seat towards the end… THE ENDING-

I went into reading this book pretty weary due to a bunch of mixed reviews on BookTok… but I have to say that I actually really liked this one! The twist at the end blew my mind and I find this book to be a memorable one :)

I’m an LGBTQ+ teen! I got this book for the incisiveness but stayed for the relatability and the content. I just... Every word, every situation, I related to Cameron because I WAS Cameron at one point. The book covers sexuality in a way I haven’t seen often and I don’t want to spoil anything but, especially if you are a queer youth, I encourage you to read this.. You won’t be disappointed.

I looooved this book! Seriously gut-wrenching and honest. I’ll have to re-read it soon.

This is the relatable perspective I’ve been craving to read as a black teen. Anyone of any background, this is a phenomenal book you have to try!
