Riki was a child when his parents died, leaving him hopeless and depressed. What saved him was a group of four kids calling themselves the Little Busters. They took Riki out and played with him during his time of need. He really enjoyed being together with them, and his grief gradually faded away. Now in his second year of high school they still hang out, fight and live together, and enjoy their school life.

"Like the comment below this one says, the plot is extremely well written and it definitely goes full circle, the first season tells each characters backstory, struggles and wish, it makes you fall in love with each and every one of the little busters, refrain is the best season though, it's gorgeous and heartbreaking. It's confusing like your in a dream but then it's happy but then it's sad but then it's just- amazing. I wish I could say more but I'm not spoiling anything so please PLEASE WATCH IT! "
