"This is an animated collection of Junji Ito's stories (a well credited horror manga artist in Japan,) and while the actual stories never actually scared me because I am heavily desensitized to this stuff, I still heavily enjoyed the creepy and gross aspects of all the stories featured. There's comedy mixed into some of the stories which can help lighten the mood after some of the very dark scenes. Overall I'd rate it a 7/10 for entertainment."
