"I think this Carnegie book might be somewhat underestimated because of its rather depressing title.<br/><br/>Like his other books, just the sheer amount of research put into the book is very impressive. <br/><br/>As an example of an interesting takeaway was a study that showed that blood pressure and consumption of oxygen decrease when a person is bored, and the whole metabolism picks up immediately as soon as he begins to feel interest and pleasure in his work."
