"I am not a runner, do not like running, and know nothing about running, so I cannot be a judge on whether or not the author's claims are true or a bunch of new hipster sports baloney, but this was a surprisingly interesting and exciting read!"

"Some books are fun to read and talk about and then there are some books that are life-changing; this is one of those latter books. Humans are born to run, well more like equipped to run because that is how we survived; by hunting and by evading. The book takes us on an incredible journeys to the baranchas in Mexico and ties the culture of tribes living there to the evolution of human body. I have been running for more than 5 years now and I really wished I had read this book a long time ago. But, I'm glad I did now and I'm sure this will bring about much joy to my life and improve my physical fitness."
