"I was disappointed with this one. maybe it’s because I forgot that a staple of this kind of book is the blind obsession but the relationship between gideon and eva was so frustrating. the spice is what saved it for me but even that couldn’t fully pull me in. the couple’s lack of understanding of each other and inability to communicate with each other made me want to shake them silly. all in all - i’m not sure that i’m going to read the next one. also make sure to check those TW if you are going to read it!"

"More like 3.5/5 Some parts I enjoyed, while others I thought "this is stupid and doesn't make any sense". Also some characters annoyed me with their behavior. I think this book was over hyped. However overall it does have its entertaining elements."
