"I only got like 2 or 3 chapters in before it made my head hurt. And so yeah I closed the book because I don’t really think I was like gonna like the whole ✨gods in charge of every life✨ and they had the chapters based off the characters but the gods. Which I didn’t like. It was very confusing. I heard good things about this book but I was highly disappointed "

"This one was a did not finish for me. I went into it with really high hopes, but I think the Greek gods telling the story made it a little monotonous. I kept wanting to skip their dialogue and get to the characters in the story. I read about a quarter of it before I just put it down. Maybe I’ll try it again from the start at some point, but it just didn’t catch me! "
"Wow. This book is spectacular. I went into it not exactly knowing how it will be, with the perspective of the gods, but once I started it I knew this was going to be a book I would not be able to put down. And I didn’t. Read it in 2 days! This book made me appreciate all the blessings of this century and how I live in a country where there is no war. This book is so so beautiful, tragic, and powerful. It has a divine message. I am left speechless. "
