Got this one as a suggestion for books like The Starless Sea, and that was definitely true! Maybe a little more YA, but its also surrealist with rich, graphic descriptions of the spaces in the story. Great read!

I stuck with the series, and I am glad I did over all! The characters don't set my world on fire, but I have to admit I am getting old and these YA characters just weren't written for me. However, I do love the pace and imagination of YA fantasy and this book has that! Love
